The Sentence Profile  ·  last updated 23 June 2026

The Sentence Profile asks you to write down things you may never have said out loud. We do not take that lightly. This page tells you, in plain words, what we collect, why, and how we look after it.

What we collectThe details you give us

When you fill in the Sentence Profile, we collect:

We do not ask for payment details on this page. We do not collect anything you do not type in yourself.

Why we collect itTo build and send your report

Your answers are used to create your personalised Sentence Profile report and to send it to your email within seventy-two hours. We also use your email to send you guidance connected to the Break-OUT NOW Experience.

You can stop those emails at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and leaving does not affect the report you have already received.

Who sees your answersHandled with care

Your report is prepared with care before it reaches you, which means a small, trusted part of our team may read your answers as part of that preparation. They are not shared with anyone outside our team. We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to advertisers.

Where it is keptStorage

Your details and answers are stored in the tools we use to run the business, including our customer system and our website host. These are protected by passwords and access controls. No system is perfect, but we treat your information as private and take reasonable steps to keep it safe.

How long we keep itRetention and your control

We keep your information for as long as you are part of the Break-OUT NOW community, or until you ask us to remove it. You can ask us at any time to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will honour that.

To make any request, email info@thebreakoutchallenge.com.

One honest noteThis is coaching, not therapy

The Sentence Profile is a coaching and discipleship tool. It is not medical or psychological treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local support service.

ChangesUpdates to this statement

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Questions are always welcome at info@thebreakoutchallenge.com.
